Amal Clooney

Amal Clooney was born in Beirut. She was given the Arabic name'ml amal, which means "hope". Her age was two when her family moved from Lebanon to Buckinghamshire from Lebanon during the Lebanese Civil War. The father of her mother, Ramzi Alamuddin, a Lebanese Druze who was from the Alam al-Din dynasty village of Baakline in the Chouf District] received his MBA degree from the American University of Beirut. In the year 1921, she graduated with an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Jurisprudence in the year 2000.
